Haulage of broken rock with CAT R1300G load-haul-dump (LHD) loaders and underground haul trucks with a payload of up to 20 tonnes. Our own fleet means predictable volumes and no dependence on someone else's equipment.

Sheet 02The backbone of our mucking is five CATERPILLAR R1300G LHDs from 2017–2019 with a 3.1 m³ bucket. The reserve is WJ-2 and JCCY LHDs, so the cycle does not stop when a machine is in for scheduled maintenance. Haulage is by Sandvik EJC-417, UK-15, XYUK-10, UK-10 and JOY DT-1804 underground haul trucks with a payload of 10–20 tonnes.
All machines are on the company's own books and are serviced by our own mechanical workshop right on site. The full list is on the “Fleet” page.
Where we started
Sheet 03The company's first major tender in 2012 was mucking and haulage of broken rock for Kazakhaltyn JSC at the Akzhal site. The contract was completed and closed on schedule — that is where our reputation began.
Questions and answers
FAQDo you rent out equipment?
We do not rent out equipment on its own — we do the work with our own equipment and our own operators, and we are responsible for the volumes.
How is hauled broken rock accounted for?
Volumes are recorded for every shift and reconciled with the client's survey measurement.
What if a machine breaks down?
Reserve LHDs and our own mechanical workshop on site: repairs take hours, not weeks of waiting for a service provider.
